I'm sure it's the principle of it all, but aren't you guys getting the house for a bargain of it's asking price if and when you get it?
Nice Haiku btw.
A semi-bargain but not a total bargain...we'd have to risk letting it go to auction for that...there's so much that needs to be done to the house that we want to save as much as possible to make all of that happen right away!
